LAHORE- Lahore High Court Complaint Cell took notice of a press report on administrative side today that the head of a private school allegedly assaulted a class-9 female student at gunpoint in Shujabad.
The Cell had directed the District & Sessions Judge, Multan to look into the matter and submit detailed report regarding steps taken by police along with his own comments within a week. According to details, Nusrat Sohail, the school head, called the victim to his office and molested her at gunpoint.  After getting information about the incident, the family members with the villagers attacked the school, broke his four walls and set the furniture on fire. Some people informed the police about the incident. A heavy contingent of police reached the spot and brought the situation under control. Later, the angry mob blocked Multan-Shujaabad Road and chanted slogans against the police, blaming them to allow the accused to flee.
