ISLAMABAD- Lal Masjid Shohada Foundation today filed a petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) for early hearing of Ghazi Abdul Rasheed murder case.
The petitioner prayed in the petition to hear all the proceedings in the High Court.
The petition also stated that the accused former Military Dictator Pervez Musharraf should be presented before the court in this case.
It is pertinent to mention here that the matter pertained to the victims of Lal Masjid operation in which the proceedings were being conducted before the Additional District Judge Islamabad.
