Qadri to file hijacking case against PM Nawaz Sharif

LAHORE- The Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has alleged that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had hijacked the aircraft he was traveling by diverting it to Lahore and he would file a case against
him.
Talking to journalists from his aircraft after landing at the Allama Iqbal airport, the PAT chief said that the passengers of the aircraft were demanding to be flown to Islamabad but the government was paying no heed to it.
He said his plane made 12 rounds over Islamabad before it was forced to divert to Lahore. However officials said that the plane made only six rounds over the airport.
According to passengers of the aircraft, when the plane was diverted towards Lahore, several PAT workers on the flight started protesting and during the agitation, the flight got imbalanced. The crew and other passengers appealed the PAT workers to avoid such behavior as the plane can meet dangerous fate.
