GUJRANWALA - The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) Gujranwala office has been issuing 1,100 computerized identity cards and B-forms on a daily basis while its two mobile vans have also been serving the masses to lessen the burden.
Nadra Deputy Director Afeefa Saleem while talking to The Nation on Wednesday claimed that 700 B-forms and 400 CNIC applications were being received in two offices of the region on a daily basis. It’s to be noted that the masses have been facing hardships by waiting in long queues outside Nadra offices for getting their CNICs. The citizens have urged the authority to establish separate offices for all the four towns of the city.
