PESHAWAR – Recalling the Quaid’s message of hope, courage and confidence, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Barrister Masood Kausar has stressed to reiterate the commitment to adhere to his principles of unity, faith and discipline.
And mobilize all resources and potentials in a systematic and organized way; tackle grave issues with grim determination and discipline; to rise to the height of glory by working day and night; make him constant source of inspiration in our fight against racial discrimination, economic exploitation, religious intolerance and political deprivation, he said in his message of felicitation on the eve of the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinah.
“Let us stand for peace through constitutionalism; rule of law, respect for human rights, pluralism and honouring the mandate of the people and make his glorious principles as our compass in a turbulent sea, he added. “I take this opportunity to congratulate the entire nation on this auspicious occasion of 136th birthday of the Father of the National, whose exemplary leadership, courage, statesmanship, lofty vision and dedication to the cause of Muslims of sub-continent made it possible for us to be citizens of an independent and sovereign Islamic state.
Quaid-e-Azam was one of the men who altered the course of history and create a nation state with his selfless and untiring efforts, on 14th August 1947 which can rightly be termed as major political achievement of the modern Muslim History.
