FAISALABAD - Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman has suggested the convening of an All Parties Conference (APC) for resolution of the Balochistan issue.
Talking to media persons here on Thursday, he said that Balochistan issue should also be resolved through dialogue as it was the best possible option.
The JUI-F chief said that Prime Minister during his meeting with Obama represented the Pakistani nation in letter and spirit.
He said that for the first time both at public and private level people have lauded Nawaz Sharif for his comments regarding national issues.
He said that external powers should not intervene in internal matters of Pakistan as it was capable to tackle the problems on its own.
Fazlur Rehman said that Pakistan stand firms in its view point over Kashmir dispute.
He said that if no progress was made towards resolution of Kashmir dispute, it will increase sense of deprivation among the Kashmiris.
The JUI-F chief said that without changing the basic policies terrorism could not be brought under control.
He expressed dissatisfaction over the economic situation in the country and said the economy needed to be strengthened as it will resolve most of the problems.
