Peshawar- Federal government has decided to release 13 more non-combatant Taliban prisoners to get the peace talks back on track.
Informed sources told a private news channel that the Taliban had nominated the peace committee and contacted the Taliban Shura, which decided to hold a meeting in next two days.
Sources said that the Taliban Shura needed time to fix the date and venue for next round of peace talks with the government peace committee. Taliban too have hinted on releasing some of the hostages, said the sources. The federal government set free over a dozen Taliban prisoners in the first week of April and the Prime Minister House had said that none of them were combatants.
