KARACHI (INP) - A judge of Sindh High Court Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh on Monday refused to hear an application of Afaq Ahmad. The judge was to hear a petition filed by Afaq Ahmad on Monday but he refused to do so. On query by the counsel of Afaq Ahmad, Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh said he cannot hear the application and was not bound to give the reasons for it. It may be recalled that earlier Justice Athar Saeed had also refused to hear the application of Afaq Ahmad.
