ISLAMABAD :  Civil Judge, 1st class (West) Islamabad, here on Saturday issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC) Dr Javed Leghari in a recovery matter. The court ordered the chairman HEC to appear in person before it on June 3. In February this year, the court had issued a decree against Chairman HEC in a recovery matter.
