Bahawalpur - A man killed his wife and her paramour while another gunned down his partner over a business dispute here separately.
According to details, Mukhtiar Ahmed, a resident of Abbas Nagar, killed his wife Haseena Bibi and her paramour for honour. Reportedly, he caught them in objectionable condition and started beating them. In the meanwhile, he called his father-in-law and told him the entire story.
Rasheeda Bibi, mother of Haseena Bibi told The Nation that she was on the spot when her husband, sons and son-in-law tied both Haseena and Asghar with motorbike of Asghar.
Later, they took them to a nearby canal and pushed them.
She pointed out that after the incident, she rushed to the Abbas Nagar Police Station and informed the Station House Officer about the incident.
While talking to The Nation, Abbas Nagar Police SHO Shamas Khan said that a case under Section 302 PPC had been registered on the complaint of Rasheeda Bibi against the girl's father, three brothers and her husband.
He informed that the police arrest the girl's father Nazar Mohammad, husband Mukhtar and one brother Ijaz while the other two Dilshad and Faraz were at large.
On the other hand, Rescue 1122 official Asif Channar told this reporter that searching was being carried out to fish out the bodies. He claimed that motorbike of Asghar and dopatta of the girl had been so far.
Meanwhile, a man killed his friend over a business dispute.
According to details, Mohammad Babar and Mohammad Khalid started a business venture at Sammasatta. They, however, could not keep intact and parted ways due to some reasons.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Babar's clinical Laboratory ran in good position while that of Khalid's laboratory could not flourish. The other night Khalid fired gunshots on Baber, killing him on the spot.
Sammasatta Police Investigation Officer Abdul Rauf told The Nation that FIR under Section 302/PPC had been registered against the accused.
