Barjees demands resignation of Shaikh Rashid

ISLAMABAD- Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan today demanded resignation of chief Of Awami Muslim League Sheikh Rashid Ahmed from National Assembly as promised.

Speaking in the National Assembly he said, Shaikh had boasted to resign from the National Assembly if the price of dollar decreased up to Rs 98 and now the time is ripe for the resignation as per rupee price of dollar has already tumbled to Rs 98. He said Shaikh must honor his words as a responsible person. Criticising PPP he said the previous government had increased country’s foreign debts from Rs 5000 billion to Rs 15000 billion in just five year’s tenure. They had destroyed Pakistan Railways and multiplies power crisis.
