SWAT - STAFF rEPORTER/APP - People from across the country throng to the Swat valley on the eve of International Day of Tourism and attended colorful events organised by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tourism Corporation during four-day festivities.
Painting exhibition on “Peace and Swat” was an event that enthralled the tourists, as renowned artists and school children put their art work on display and highlighted natural beauty of Swat valley. School children also planted sapling and took part in hiking, while the tourists and visitors enjoyed the colorful festivities. The chief guest of the event was Provincial Minister for Tourism Mehmood Khan, while MPAs Dr Amjad Ali, Fazal Hakeem, Mohibullah and Azizullah also attended the celebrations. Tourism department arranged a documentary film on Swat valley for the visitors.
