Sunni Tehreek (ST) President Sarwat Ejaz Qadri on Sunday announced to convert ST as a political party, adding that they would start their political activities from the public gathering on 23rd march at Minar-e-Pakistan Lahore. Addressing a ‘Jannisaran-e-Pakistan’ conference in Karachi, Qadri said that people had talked about ‘tsunami of music’ and ‘tsunami of false belief’ but they (ST) had brought ‘the tsunami of the lovers of Mohammad (PBUH)’. About his party’s manifesto he said ST’s would work for the betterment of poor people and elimination of extremism from Pakistan if came into power.
