Rawalpindi- Cantt Board Rawalpindi (CBR) has decided to regularize the buildings constructed within its territorial jurisdiction without any map or against the approved map.
The buildings which have been built without approved map or without map till 2010 in different areas of Cantt Board will be regularized after charging penalty to their owners.
Sources said CBR will constitute a special team for taking stern action against those involved in constructing their buildings without seeking approval from the concerned quarters. Steps are being taken to simplify the procedure for the approval of maps to stop illegal constructions.
