Operation should have been started eight months ago: Rehman Malik

KARACHI-  Pakistan People's Party leader and former interior minister Rehman Malik today said that the operation against militants should have started eight months ago.
Talking to journalists at airport, Malik said that the PPP wais with the Nawaz Sharif's government because his party always supported democracy.
He criticized Tahirul Qadri and Imran Khan, saying that both are trying to bring 'seasonal' revolution, not a permanent one. "Terrorists want to destabilize the country and strict action against them is necessary," he added.
