PTI protests outside ECP office against rigging

ISLAMABAD-- The activists of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) today staged a protest outside Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) office
against 'election rigging' in the May 11 general elections last year.
The PTI activists were holding placards and banners inscribed with 'anti-government' and 'anti-election commission' slogans. They chanted slogans against alleged election rigging. The rally was attended by large number of PTI leaders and local workers.
Participants of the rally said they did not acknowledge mandate of the government. "Why government fears to hold re-counting in four
constituencies," they asked, adding that the situation will become clearer once re-polling was conducted. They threatened to use force if their demands were not met.
