23 more coffins reach Karachi

The funeral rites of Afzal Mehsud, a member of All Pakistan Oil Tankers Association (APOTA), were held at Janjhar Goth. The body of Afzal was received by his relative Jalal Uddin. Jalal. The said victim hailed from South Waziristan and resided at Shaheen Colony F.B Area Block 22. Afzal was father of six children. Another victim, Muhammad Asad was the resident of Gulshan e Iqbal, block 13 E, He was a contractor by profession and was going to Islamabad for business purposes. His relative Zia Mehdi received his body while his funeral prayer was offered at Baitul Mukarram Mosque, Gulshan Iqbal. The coffin of Naheed Bhatti, the airhostess, also reached Karachi; she was the resident of Shah Faisal Colony. Her funeral services were offered at a local church and her body was buried at United Missionary Church. The funeral prayer of Hussain Alam, who was the resident of Nazimabad, was offered at Shuhda e Karbala Imam Bargah at Ancholi while he was buried at Wadi e Hussain. He was father of two children.
