The Anjuman Haideria Burewala and the Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen took out a protest rally against bombing at the shrine of Hazrat Bibi Zainab (RA).
The participants staged the protest demonstration outside Press Club at College Road. On the occasion, Syed Ayaz Hussain Naqvi, Maulana Muhammad Raza Naqvi, Hakeem Muhammad Hussain Jafri, Maulana Sajjad Hussain, Shah Hussain Sajjad, Prof Ayas Hussain and others addressed the participants. They condemned the bombing incident at the shrine. They said that the Muslims around the world had been hurt by the incident and added that they would not hesitate to sacrifice their lives for sanctity of the family of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
DACOITY: Five armed dacoits looted the house of a public health employee at Lalazar Colony. The armed men stormed into the house of Tariq Farooq. They held the family members at gunpoint and made off with four tolas of gold ornaments, Rs45,000, laptops, digital camera, 8 pieces of wrist watch and other ornaments worth thousands of rupees.
