Sindh govt pays Rs15b more on SCARP loans
By RAMZAN CHANDIO August 1, 2008 KARACHI - The Sindh government has paid an extra amount of Rs15 billion to federal government on account of SCARP cash development loans which was executed by the WAPDA from 1973-74 to 1998 on behalf of federal government, a senior official of Sindh government told The Nation.
