Iraq may invest in oil, gas sectors
ISLAMABAD (APP) - Iraq has offered to invest in the re-construction of Pakistan besides the oil and gas sectors.
Iraq Ambassador Qays al-Yaqoubi told a TV channel that investors from all over the world are coming to Iraq, while the projects on large-scale are underway.
He said that Iraq could prove to be a better venue of empl-oyments to the skilled Pakistanis.
He said that Iraq was a big market for Pakistani rice, cement and sugar. He said that a joint ministerial meeting of Pak-Iraq economic cooperation would be held in Baghdad in the third week of next month.
