ISLAMABAD (APP) - Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has set up One Stop Shops (OSS) for resolution of its customers with convenience.
The PTCL shops offer One-Window Operations - a host of products and services which include Order Booking for PSTN, Broadband, Smart TV, Sale and support for Wireless Local Loop (Post and prepaid) and EVO Wireless Broadband, Billing Services (payments and issue resolution), general inquiries, Information Services and complaint handling.
There are 129 shops set up at different strategic locations in many cities and towns across Pakistan. One Stop Shops are handled by dedicated staff of 700 well trained customer services representatives and Supervisors to facilitate our customers. These OSS are also provided with upgraded and unmatched modern ambiance along with the state of art IT systems in place to provide unmatched services to the PTCL consumers.
The customer services representatives at the OSS are provided with regular and periodic trainings on products and services to keep them up-to-date. They are also provided with current information on all the new promos and offerings for better customer handling.
Soft skills training are also regularly provided so that our representatives always present a friendly and courteous to handle customers from varying backgrounds and different walks of lives. SEVP Commercial Naveed Saeed marked the set-up of these shops a milestone in the way of PTCL becoming a more customer-oriented organisation.
He said this step indicates PTCL commitment to provide our consumers with products and services within their reach, being offered from a platform of highest quality.
EVP Customer Care Jamil A Khawaja said a special focus has been on the training of the staff to ensure courteous and friendly behaviour. The focus is that PTCL team is fully equipped to handle any query about PTCL products and services and are capable to handle customers from all walks of life.
