Farmers' body to make canals operations efficient
Source: Our Staff Reporter May 28, 2008 LAHORE- The Punjab Irrigation & Drainage Authority (PIDA) has chalked out a reforms plan according to which farmers organizations Area Water Boards will be constituted to involve them Irrigation Management Transfer and to make canals operations more efficient and transparent in Punjab.
