I'm not replacing Jolie in Tomb Raider: Megan

MEGAN Fox has shot down claims shes set to replace Angelina Jolie in the next Tomb Raider movie.
The Transformers star has been hotly tipped for the coveted role, but Fox says she would feel like she is stepping on Anges toes if she were to take on Lara Croft.
Thats a complete rumour, she says. I havent been offered that. No one has even spoken to me about doing that yet. I think thats a role that Angelina Jolie mastered, and I would never attempt to take that over from her.
Jolie - who played Croft n the first two Tomb Raider films in 2001 and 2003 - was recently deemed too old to reprise the role.
We are rebooting Lara Croft, said producer Dan Lins. Its a great story that were going to tell, very character-orientated and more realistic than the past movies. It is an origin tale so its going to be a younger Lara Croft.
It will have character-driven action. I think for me the Lara Croft games and movies have gone a little too action-oriented. I wanted to have action, but with character. SS
