Hathaway loves showbiz parties

THE Devils Wears Prada star - who hit the red carpet Sunday for the Tony Awards - says she loves dressing up in posh frocks and heading off to mingle with her fellow A-Listers because it reminds her of her high school prom night.
I love it, says Anne. It always feel like Im going off to prom. I feel like my inner eight-year-old is at the best party of her life. Being an actor is what I have dreamed of my whole life. Hathaway, 26, recently revealed that shes teaching herself how to play the guitar. Anne Hathaway wants to conquer Broadway as Judy Garland. The Rachel Getting Married star says shes keen to portray the famed, late actress on the stage. I think Im either naive or insane to play her - maybe a little bit of both Hathaway told the New York Daily News newspaper. Hathaway says she plans on getting a little help with her role in the upcoming Get Happy: The Life of Judy Garland from Garlands daughter Liza Minnelli. -Showbizspy
