POP princess Kylie Minogue has sold her getaway home on Victorias French Island for more than 1 million
dollars and it is set to become a high-profile health retreat.
Horse racing identity Graeme Little bought the property, which has been on the market since February last year.
Agent Hocking Stuart confirmed the 20ha propertys sale for a seven-figure sum. And now, Little is planning to
turn the four-bedroom, two bathroom house into a health retreat once the deal settles in November. TOI
The rates would start about 250 dollars a night, reports the Daily Telegraph.
Little, a horse breeder and former boss of investment company Greenchip, said his new venture would be
Victorias answer to other high-profile health retreats including Olivia Newton-Johns Gaia near Byron Bay. TOI
