6.1 quake jolts Philippines, no damage

An earthquake measuring 6.1 struck the Philippines' northernmost region on Tuesday, but there were no immediate reports of damage, the state seismology agency said. The quake was felt in Cagayan and Isabela provinces around 10:51 a.m. [0751 PST], an official at the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
