An Indian High Court has lifted the state government's ban on expelled BJP leader Jaswant Singh's book 'Jinnah-India, Partition, Independence' on Friday. A full-bench of Gujarat High Court comprising Chief Justice KS Radhakrishnan, Justice Akil Kureshi and Justice KM Thaker on Tuesday refused to grant more time to the state government to come out with a new notification to continue its prohibition on the publication and circulation of Singh's controversial book. This denial for granting extra time for new notification came when the government sought permission to place a new notification in court.
