WASHINGTON (AFP) - Revered Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama will meet this week with US Republican House Speaker John Boehner and House Democratic Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, a congressional aide said Tuesday. Boehner will host the meeting in his office, said the aide, who asked not to be identified. Pelosi, a long-time critic of China on human rights grounds, will attend the discussions, said the aide. The Dalai Lama was arriving in Washington on Tuesday to lead a 10-day Buddhist ritual known as the Kalachakra, which organizers expect to draw thousands of people into an arena in central Washington.
