11 dead in Kashmir bus plunge
August 14, 2008 At least 11 people died Thursday when a bus plunged down a gorge in Indian Kashmir, police said. The driver lost control on a sharp bend in the southern Ramban area of the revolt-hit Himalayan region, a police official said. The victims were "mostly labourers," the official said.
