UN chief remains unmoved as Kashmir situation worsens

UNITED NATIONS: U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon will not play any role in the strife-torn Jammu and Kashmir unless both parties -- India and Pakistan -- agree to his good offices, a U.N. spokesman said Monday.
