9 FIRs lodged in Jaipur blast case
May 19, 2008
Charges of attempt to murder and waging conspiracy against the country were pressed in nine FIRs filed by victims of Jaipur terror blasts. The cases were registered under different sections of IPC related to unlawful prevention activities at public places, attempt to murder, waging conspiracy against the state, and explosive act, a senior Indian Internal ministry official said. Nine bombs packed in separate bags attached to bicycles tore through crowded markets at five places in Jaipur on May 13 in which more than 80 people died and over 150 injured.
