Int'l commission to probe Benazir's murder not yet finalized: UN

UNITED NATIONS - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has not yet finalized the constitution of an international commission to investigate the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, a U.N. spokesperson said Monday.

Questioned about reports in a section of the Pakistani press that the secretary-general's advisers have recommended that he refer the matter to the Security Council, Spokesperson Marie Okabe said no decision has so far been and that consultations were continuing.
