Pakistan Khappey Rally from 24th

KARACHI - General Secretary Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Sindh chapter, Taj Haider, said that ‘Pakistan Khappey Rally’ would be taken out on November 24 in order to counter conspiracy against the President Asif Ali Zardar. It will be started form Larkana and reach Karachi the next day where a public meeting will be held and the Mazar-e-Qauid-e-Azam.
He expressed these views while addressing a Press conference along with Waqar Mehdi at the Karachi Press Club here on Saturday.
Giving the detail of the rally, he said that it would start from Gari Khuda Bux, Larkana and proceed to Shikarpur, Sukkur, Khairpur, Nusheroferoz, Moro, Nawabshah, Matiari and Hyderabad, where the participants would stay at night. Next morning the rally will move to Jamshoro, Kotri and Thatta for Karachi.
A public meeting will be held at Mazar-e-Qauid on Nov 25 in the connection of the Foundation Day of PPP. Thousands of people from across the province will take part in the rally.
He said that the rally is going to be organised by PPP youth wing and Peoples Students Federation (PSF). He claimed that people belonging to various segments of life would join the rally. The arrangements for the rally and the public gathering have been completed.
He said that following the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, the co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari raised the slogan of ‘Pakistan Khappey’ that saved and united the country. The participants of the rally will show their sentiments and commitments to the solidarity with the country.
He alleged a conspiracy was being hatched against the president of Pakistan, but the people would not let their great leader alone, rather they would fully support him from the core of hearts as they sacrificed for the Martyred BB.
He said that Pakistan People Party PPP was a genuine democratic party that had given many sacrifices for the democracy even its chairperson.
