Governor-CM tension

THE PPP-PML(N) acrimony at the Centre, and the Governor-Chief Minister tension in Punjab, has been of late gaining a bit of momentum. Governor Salman Taseer's letters to CM Mian Shahbaz Sharif, expressing his dissatisfaction at the conduct of governmental business, cannot fail to further embitter relations between the two political parties, unfortunately, at the cost of public welfare. PML(N) leader Mian Nawaz Sharif's statement when he aired his resentment against the PPP a few days back saying that it should quit the coalition in Punjab, has to be viewed in the same vein.
