Demise of our sports
November 6, 2008 Like other things in Pakistan, sports are also on a steady course of decline. Not long ago Pakistan was a force to reckon with in numerous sporting events including cricket, hockey and squash. We reigned supreme for a long time but then fell by the wayside due to a serious deficiency of administrative talent to hold reins of the various sports boards. That one failing has led us to complete annihilation in virtually all games.
