There's the rub

I want to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards a very important issue. The common people of Karachi are currently suffering from daily electricity failures or power breakdowns but that has not deterred some people from illegally obtaining 'kunda connections' through which they have unrestrained access to free electricity while others face the brutal load shedding.
