Can’t these retired-types be court-martialed?

The thrashing of a NUML University Professor by a retired Brigadier ought to be condemned in the strongest possible terms. The Brigadier has brought a bad name to the university and a very bad name to the Army. He must be punished.
After Musharraf’s exit, the Army has regained its lost prestige through great effort. Army needs love and support of our people in this crucial period of time when it is engaged in a huge (visible and invisible) war.
People of the mindset of this Brigadier end up destroying the credit of an entire institution.
