Your task, Mr Chairman!

Dr Atta-ur-Rehman established 47 universities according to papers. He also trained hundreds of PhDs. One hopes the new chairman of HEC will chalk out a strategy in the light of these statistics. He will have to put in place more than 100 universities in every nook and corner of the country.
