Sponsored no more?
October 11, 2008 State sponsored terrorism with the name Jihad, beginning from 1979 lasted upto late 80s with the Soviet Union and, then, against the Indians in Kashmir in the 1990s. The Jihad against Soviets created many Jihadi groups independent of our state institutions. These Jihadi groups eventually developed their own independent polices.
