Hajj flight with 329 pilgrims lands in Quetta

December 2, 2009

The first flight carrying a batch of 329 Hajj pilgrims landed at Quretta airport, two-and-half hour late than the scheduled time. Governor of Balochistan Nawab Zulfiqar Magsi had to receive the pilgrims but he couldn’t reach to Quetta airport in time. The returned pilgrims complained lack of guidance at Saudi airport and demanded of the government for proper arrangements to facilitate home bound Pakistani pilgrims. Three more flights from Saudi Arabia carrying Hajj pilgrims would land at Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar airports today.
