India given prisoners' list

ISLAMABAD - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday handed over the list of Indian prisoners (including fishermen) in Pakistan to the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, said an official statement.
In accordance with Article-(i) of the Agreement on Consular Access between Pakistan and India signed on 21 May 2008, both the countries are required to exchange lists of prisoners in each others custody on 1 January and 1 July every year, the statement said.
