Gilani stresses govt to implement CoD immediately
PM Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani Sunday said the biggest mistake of the PPP was not to implement Charter of Democracy immediately. PM said PPP and establishment is enjoying good relations thanks to him, adding that he is taking Nawaz Sharif on board under reconciliatory policy. While talking to newsmen in Islamabad, Gilani said there is no misunderstanding among President and COAS and the whole nation supports democracy and democratic system. He told that the constitutional committees recommendations will be brought to the parliament and public will soon hear good news of abolition of 17th amendment and article 58-2(b) of the constitution.
