Conspiracy being hatched against ISI, says Musharraf
Source: Our Monitoring Desk August 4, 2008 President Pervez Musharraf has said that conspiracy is being hatched against Inter Services Intelligence, and elements targeting the ISI are, in fact, against Pakistan’s interest, reported a private TV channel.
Addressing a ceremony of traders’ community at a hotel in Karachi on Sunday, the President said that the nation would have to counter this conspiracy. He said that any step aimed at weakening the ISI would weaken the country.
