3 troops killed in Hangu suicide blast

HANGU - At least three security forces personnel have been killed and 10 others seriously injured when a suicide bomber rammed his explosive laden car into a check-post in Doaba area of Hangu district, official sources said Tuesday.

Later, the sources said, all the injured were rushed to the Combined Military Hospital, Hangu, where two of them, namely Amjad and Sajid, were reported in critical condition.

One of the killed persons has been identified as Haq Nawaz, while the identity of others has not yet been ascertained. However, the injured have been identified as Nasir Barki, Yousaf, Tariq, Naveed, Inayat, Khalid Shehzad, Noor Mohammad, Imdad Hussain and Amir Ali.
