Solution through dialogue urged

UNITED NATIONS - While leaving open the possibility of providing his good offices to promote a settlement of the Kashmir dispute, UN Secretary- General Ban Ki-moon Monday hoped that India and Pakistan would be able to accomplish that objective through dialogue.
