ATC Judge Khuzdar resigns

ISLAMABAD (APP) - Judge Anti-Terrorism Court Khuzdar Muhammad Waseh Tareen has resigned as judge of the court and sent his hand written resignation to Registrar of the Balochistan High Court and secretary home department of the province.
When Muhammad Waseh Tareen was contacted on telephone, he confirmed his resignation and said, “I have tendered resignation due to personal reasons”.
Responding to a question about any link with the resignations tendered by the five judges of Balochistan High court including Chief Justice of High Court Amaanullah Khan Yaseenzai, he said, “I do not want to say something about it as the entire Balochistan knows reasons of my resignations”.
It may be mentioned here that Waseh Tareen remained Sessions Judge in district Noushki and Loralai before becoming judge ATC. As judge of Anti Terrorism Court, he remained posted in district Sibbi, Turbat and Khuzdar.
