Leadership brings heavy responsibilities, says Kayani

KARACHI - Chief of Army staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani has said that senior military leadership brings with it heavy responsibilities, challenges of command and resource management, both during peacetime and war.

He was addressing the convocation ceremony of 21st Air War Course at Air War College here on Saturday.
