Security forces advancing towards Kala Kalay, Deolai
Security forces advancing towards Kala Kalay and Deolai during ongoing operation in Malakand Division. Curfew will be relaxed until 6:00 pm in tehsil Maidan and Adenzai of Lower Dir. According to sources, security forces action against militants underway in different areas of tehsil Kabal. Gunship helicopters shelled militants hideouts in Shamozai area of tehsil Barikot. Meanwhile, security forces are advancing towards Kala Kalay and Deolai areas of Kabal. Militants positions in various areas of tehsil Maidan were pounded with heavy artillery overnight from Lower Dir headquarter Timergira and Islam Dara. Several hideouts were destroyed in the action whereas causalities also feared. Dir media center said curfew will be relaxed until 6:00 pm in tehsil Maidan and Adenzai.
