IHC adjourns Dr Aafia's case till 15th

ISLAMABAD - Chief Justice Islamabad High Court (IHC), Justice Sardar Muhammad Aslam on Monday put off the hearing in a petition seeking repatriation of Pakistani neuroscientist Dr Aafia Siddiqui from United States till October 15.

IHC is hearing the issue on a petition filed by Barrister M Javed Iqbal Jaffery who has also challenged the alleged extradition of Dr Aafia in his plea.
