Poor to get BB income cards through MNAs
By MUBASHIR HASSAN October 6, 2008 LAHORE - The PPP-led coalition government has decided to distribute Benazir Bhutto income cards among the poor families through members of the National Assembly, irrespective of their party affiliations.
Each MNA has been given a quota of eight thousand cards for their onward distribution among deserving persons in his /her constituency on the basis of a set criterion. It has also been decided to involve all Union Council (UC) nazims in the process to make it transparent.
